Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga. We link yoga poses to
the breath. It is a very creative style so there are no two classes
exactly the same. Please let your instructor know if you have any
health issues that would restrict your movement in anyway. All of our
yoga classes are good for stress reduction and developing flexibility,
strength, toning, concentration, and inner peace.
Check out the class schedule for current
session offerings. If you are new to yoga and have general
questions about our yoga classes you may want to check out our class
tips.
If you are new to yoga (no matter what age) please come to Gentle
Yoga for several sessions. Then decide if you want to try the more
intense styles.

pace (Yin) where we will do restorative deep relaxing poses. A balanced
class that restores the mind and body and spirit. |

| Yoga Therapy --extremely relaxing, rejuvenating and healing

restore the connection and balance between the mind and body and spirit. This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga
